I loved our vacation! Ronald and I just returned from a wonderful 5 day vacation in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Our good friends, Michael and Gretta Emery planned a destination wedding at the Aventura Spa Palace and Resort in Mexico. Most of the people attending the wedding stayed at this resort- it was all inclusive-food, tours, and drinks! For those of you planning a vacation, all inclusive and adults only is the best way to go.

This tour was Rio Secreto which was located about 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen. We went on a guided tour of an underground cavern system that was semi- filled with water. We wore helmets, wetsuits and lifejackets. This cavern system was discovered 4 years ago by the owner of the land who was searching/chasing an iguana-the caverns have only been explored for the past year.
